Sony will contribute its experience, high technology, and knowledge of bird photography to the 12th Congress of Birdwatching, enriching the academic agenda with a world-renowned human team such as Nicolas Federico Reusens Boden from Spain with the Masterclass “High Speed, capturing the essence of time” and with the Sony Alpha Partner from Ecuador Daniel Mideros (Diche) and Alpha Partner from Colombia Memo Gómez in a conversation and anecdotes with their experiences a cycle of two conferences “Perched with Sony”.
Additionally, the Sony Alpha Partner team, allies, and Staff will participate in the experiential agenda with the bird photography workshop and the Sony experience during birdwatching trips in 2 locations Río Blanco Reserva Natural and Tinamú Birding Nature Reserve, where participants will be able to use some of the photography equipment most dreamed of by every nature photographer with the conceptual and technical direction of the Sony team to achieve incredible shots and create new visual narratives.

*By registering, you receive direct access to the Education Symposium on Thursday from 1:30 to 7:00 pm and to the (2) Sony Alpha Partner and Allies conversation and anecdotes on Friday and Saturday from 5:15 to 6:00 pm at the C.C. Termales El Otoño.
In the bird photography workshop, participants will learn to create images with their own style, applying the secrets revealed by Sony Alpha Partner and Alpha Aliados experts in aesthetic, technical and development concepts, which will allow attendees to generate their visual narratives with identity and high image quality to differentiate themselves in a highly competitive market.
The workshop will be held at the Río Blanco facilities and two groups will be formed (one with an Alpha Aliado – DIche Mideros and another with an Alpha Partner – Memo Gomez) to carry out the theoretical part and then go out to practice by touring the hummingbird garden and bird feeders.
The highly qualified Sony Staff in the use of their equipment will support the workshop with the technical advice required, and they will also have Sony photography equipment available for those who wish to use it to enhance their creativity in bird photography and take truly impressive shots in high quality, for which each participant must bring a high-speed SD XC II card with optimal capacity.
