Birding for Life – Many bird-watchers consider an interest in birding and an active birding lifestyle to be somewhat frivolous, but birding encourages and develops skills that are valued in your day to day life as well. This is true not only from a health and wellness perspective, but for things like humility, skepticism, and community. Birding matters, and birders should feel proud of the ways in which a hobby that gives them so much pleasure can make the world a better place.
