Registration for the 13th Birdwatching Congress

November 14-16, 2025, Recinto del Pensamiento, Manizales / Caldas / Colombia

Vibrate under the reflection of hummingbirds and capture their essence through your artistic creation. Contribute to the science and study of these wonderful birds in Caldas.

Registration is now open for you to participate in the program of your interest and/or an additional workshop: BIRDING + CONFERENCES PLAN, CONFERENCES PLAN, BIRD CAMP FOR KIDS 9-16 years old, or the SPECIALIZED Bird Photography WORKSHOP.

REGISTRATION PROCESS 

  1. REGISTRATION: Complete the individual or group registration form for up to 10 participants. Add registrations for other programs based on your interest in participating.
  2. MAKE THE PAYMENT: After verifying your registration information, selecting the available seats and free talks, continue with the payment process through Wompi with the following options;
  • Payment by credit/debit card: Immediate validation.
    It is important to enter the cardholder’s information on the Wompi form, verify available funds, and have your card enabled for online purchases.
    PSE bank debit. Immediate validation.
    Deposit or transfer: Payable to Cotelco Caldas Chapter and send us proof of payment.

• Registrations without payment are deleted every 30th of the month, and the corresponding quota is released.
• Once the deposit or transfer receipt/screen is sent, the registration will be enabled and a notification will be sent to your email.

If the participant once completes the registration process and before making the payment, he can add new participants (registrations) for up to a maximum of 10 people in the Birding+Conferences plan or add the bird photography workshop with an additional fee.

There is no discount, the plans are adjusted and designed with reasonable rates thanks to the contribution of allies and sponsors.

No, the value presented includes the respective taxes and the invoice will be generated by Cotelco Chapter Caldas, within 30 calendar days after payment.

The invoices will be generated with the data that the participant registered in the form, if you need the invoice from a company name, you must contact the commercial area and send the respective RUT for the generation of the invoice within a week of later payment to WSP (+57) 300 1364795

If you do, it is possible to make a return request under the following conditions:

  • Returns are accepted until October 15, 2025 6:00 pm.
  • The returns take place 30 days after the event.
  • The returns have a 20% charge for administrative expenses.
  • The participant must send the money refund request to the email congreso@avescaldas.com indicating the full name and email with which the registration was made.
  • Once the return is accepted, the participant’s coupon will be released to offer to another person.

No, the selected places cannot be modified, it is important to be clear about the places you want to visit and coordinate in advance with the people you are traveling with in case you want to coincide with the same places for birding trips.

You should also pay attention to your email in case you receive information about agenda updates and conference news.

The certificate is sent automatically and personalized only to the email registered during registration one week after the event ends along with the satisfaction survey.

It is the participant’s responsibility to type their email correctly during registration so as not to lose the sending of the certificate or official event communications.

Once you receive the mail, we recommend downloading it due to manual mailings not being carried out.
