We have registration open for the BIRDING+CONFERENCES PLAN, CONFERENCE PLAN, and the BIRD CAMP FOR KIDS 9-16 years old, in addition to the SPECIALIZED Bird Photography WORKSHOP with SONY Alpha Partners.
REGISTRATION PROCESS.
- REGISTRATION: Fill out the individual or group form for up to 10 participants. Add registrations to other plans based on participant interest.
- MAKE THE PAYMENT by credit/debit card: After verifying the registration data and selecting locations, continue with the payment process through Wompi with the following options.
- Payment by credit/debit card: Immediate validation.
It is important to enter the cardholder’s information in the Wompi form, verify the available funds and have your card enabled for online purchases
.Registrations without payment are deleted every 15th and 30th of the month and the respective quota is released.
.Once the receipt/consignment or transfer screen is sent, registration will be enabled and the notification will arrive by email.

Yes, once the participant completes the registration process and before making the payment, he or she can add new participants up to a maximum of 10 people in the same plan or by adding the registration to the Bird Camp or bird photography workshop.
There is no discount, the plans are already adjusted and designed with reasonable rates thanks to the contribution of allies and sponsors.
No, the value presented includes the respective taxes and the invoice will be generated by Cotelco Caldas Chapter, within 30 calendar days after payment.
The invoices will be generated with the data that the participant registered in the form. If you need the invoice in the name of a company, you must contact the commercial area and send the respective RUT for the generation of the invoice within one week after the payment to WSP (+57) 300 1364795

Yes, it is possible to request a return under the following conditions:
- Returns are accepted up to October 10 2024, 6:00 pm.
- Refunds are made within 30 business days after the event closes.
- Returns have a 20% charge for administrative expenses.
- The participant must send the request for a refund to the email congreso@avescaldas.com indicating full name and email with which they registered.
- Once the return is accepted, the participant’s quota will be released to offer it to another person.
No, the selected places cannot be modified, it is important to be clear about the places you want to visit and coordinate in advance with the people you are traveling with in case they want to coincide with the same places for birding outings.

You must verify the confirmation of participation sent to the email with which you registered and save the payment notification sent through Wompi.
You should also keep an eye on your email in case you receive information about agenda updates and news from the congress.
The certificate is sent automatically and personalized only to the email address registered during registration one week after the event ends along with the satisfaction survey.
It is the participant’s responsibility to enter the email address correctly during registration so as not to lose the sending of the certificate or the official announcements of the event.
Once you receive the email, we recommend downloading it because manual sending is not done.
